Like all of our floorplans, the Dalton Gold Home Plan can be customized to suit anyone's style and budget. You can add a bonus room over the garage and add another 325 square feet of floorspace. And if you want even more, you can add an extra 400 square feet of living space on the second floor. The house comes standard with a giant attic that we can convert into your rec room, gym, or extra bedroom. If you'd like to keep your options open, we can install the staircase and frame up the attic space now, leaving room for finishing later if you decide you want to.
